NYR: Restart Week #2

Not a bad week last week even though I didn't quite make my goals.
  • Tues/Thurs: gym
  • Sat/Sun: out of town


This week looks like this:
  • three trips to the gym
  • three sessions of crunches
  • massage
  • South Beach diet
It felt great to be back at the gym last week. This weekend we went away and I had one last hurrah for awhile. I'm determined to put it all together.

Still waiting on test results from the doctor and hopefully an appointment with him to figure out what's happening.

9 in '09 - Week #??? RESTART

I have no idea what week it's supposed to be. I know that I completely lost my way. I'm hoping this can be Week #1 of a restart.

There have been a lot of health issues getting me down lately. And in order to figure out some of the health issues, there have been a lot of appointments and tests. All with no real results so far. I'm still coughing at night, still not sleeping, and still not feeling so hot.

I keep waiting for answers from the doctors but I have no faith that the latest tests will produce conclusive results either so I'm trying a new approach.

Yesterday, I reactivated my gym membership. That makes the plan for the week look like this:
  • Mon: gym
  • Tues: crunches
  • Wed: Wii, gym for personal assessment
  • Thurs: gym
  • Fri: crunches
  • Sat: gym
  • Sun: crunches
  • 64oz water each day
As soon as I feel like I'm getting a handle on the workouts, I'm going to focus on the eating plan. I'm already keeping an eye on it more and plan to be full-tilt by next week.
