9 in '09 - Week #35
My other health "stuff" seems never-ending but at least summer seems to be drawing to a close! I have a lot of walking planned for the upcoming week and then hopefully I can get back to some regular working out and possibly even some running!

9 in '09 - Week #34
Nothing really to report. I'm hoping there is an end in sight now for this hot miserable weather because I'm looking forward to running again.
This year has totally not gone as planned.

9 in '09 - Week #32
Last week was ridiculous. I did absolutely NOTHING. In part this was due to attitude but it was also at least partially attributed to a lightning strike on Monday night that sent the entire rest of our week into an uproar. We're still finding damaged bits, including the receiver on the upstairs tv that allows me to use the Wii for workouts. Then we went away this weekend for our anniversary
I honestly don't know what to expect this week. I have an appointment today for an issue with my foot. At some point the doctor will have to do something about it that will leave me unable to do a whole lot for some amount of time. Next week I have testing for my reflux. It's also ridiculously hot. I'm not sure what my plan of attack will be.

9 in '09 - Week #31
Feeling kinda bad that I never seem to blog about anything here besides my weekly progress reports. A lot of the things we do together are being posted over in The Rogans Blog so check that out if things seem sparse here.
Last week:
- 64 oz water a day - probably at least five days
- low acid eating - mostly very good
- vitamins - no
- workout (4) - five times
- abs 3 times - once
My weight was actually down towards the end of the week. Then the weekend happened.
This week:
- 64 oz water a day
- low acid eating
- workout (3)
- abs 2 times
Thursday night we have a concert to attend. This weekend is our anniversary. And today I have a headache. We'll see what happens.
