Last week:
- 64 oz water a day - I think I missed one
- watch eating - better
- vitamins - nope
- workout (3) - 5!
- abs 3 times - 2 but they were a lot more than usual
- lots of little research projects - yes
It was a pretty good week. It was also a pretty awful week in some ways. I spent most of the weekend not feeling well, a combination of being tired, the heat, some other health issues that I'm trying to address.
This week:
- 64 oz water a day
- low acid eating
- vitamins
- workout (4)
- abs 3 times
I'm having some severe issues with my acid reflux and my appointment with the ENT didn't go as well as I would've liked last week. As a result, I'm changing medications (AGAIN) and making a more committed effort to eating foods that are lowr in acid. We have a concert to attend on Saturday night. Nothing else that I know of happening this week so hopefully I can be productive.
