Last week:
- 64 oz water a day - yes
- begin regular workouts again (and abs 4 times) - yes (abs 3 I think)
- organize kitchen pantry - yes
The new Wii game arrived and I've enjoyed incorporating that into my workouts. The kitchen isn't completely in order but we made significant progress.
This week:
- 64 oz water a day
- eating improvements
- workout 4 times, abs 4 times
- finish organizing kitchen
- clean house
- catch-up blog posts here
- start considering server move
I've also started taking my vitamins again. There are no evening commitments at this point so I should be in good shape for workouts. The Gold's Gym workouts are hard enough to be good exercise but not so miserable that I can't do them frequently so I'm going to really push on that this week.
