Not a perfect week but better overall.
This week:
- 2 workouts
- South Beach Diet for realz
- 64 oz water a day
- regular blogging
- start next book
- yard/outside work
- finish cleaning bedroom
- pick another area/room to clean
Thurs/Fri are going to be busy this week. I'm hoping to build on last week's improvements and keep pushing ahead.
